Who is Chefs à Mesa

Chefs à Mesa brings “the best of the Chefs to your table”: signature meals created by big names in Portuguese cuisine — such as Bertílio Gomes, Miguel Castro e Silva, Paulo Morais, João Pedrosa and Luccas Paixão — as well as concepts like Sabores do IBO and plant-based options. A signature cuisine concept, accessible and refined, led by Rui Carmo. It is this quality that now comes on board the Lusitana.

Chef João Pedrosa has already cooked on board
The partnership has already had its baptism: Chef João Pedrosa, of Sabores do IBO — a journey through Mozambican tradition —, was on board cooking for our guests. Grilled dishes on the deck, with the 25 de Abril Bridge and Cristo Rei as a backdrop and the sun setting over the Tagus. This is what the partnership brings: a true chef, cooking live, in the best “wall-less” restaurant in Lisbon.
