Where do we board and disembark? +
The base boarding point is Doca de Alcântara, Gate 3, in Lisbon — at no extra cost. But you can board and disembark at any marina in Lisbon; talk to us and we’ll arrange the most convenient spot for you.
How many people does the boat take? +
Up to 37 guests, plus 3 crew. The base trip includes up to 18 people; beyond that, each extra guest has an additional cost.
How much does a trip cost? +
The private charter starts at €1,100 (2 hours, up to 18 people, crew included). The final price depends on duration, number of guests, catering and extras. Send us the details and we’ll prepare a tailored quote.
What is included? +
The boat hire and 3 crew. Catering, open bar and extras (DJ, photographer, décor, water sports) are optional and customisable.
Is there food and drink on board? +
Yes. We have chef menus, finger food, brunch, barbecue and sushi, plus an open bar. You can also bring your own (subject to a corkage fee).
Will I get seasick? +
Unlikely: we sail on the river Tagus, in calm waters, and the catamaran is very stable.
What if the weather is bad? +
The boat has covered areas and a canopy. In adverse conditions, we’ll talk to you to reschedule.
What languages do you speak? +
Portuguese, English, Spanish, German and French.
How do I book? +
By WhatsApp or email. We confirm with a 50% deposit; the balance up to 1 week before the trip.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank transfer and online payments via Stripe. On board we have a card terminal for all types of cards.
What is the cancellation policy? +
More than 45 days before: 70% refund. Between 15 and 45 days: 50%. Less than 15 days: no refund.
Do you run trips after sunset? +
Yes! Besides sunset, we also sail after dark — seeing Lisbon lit up from the river is a unique experience. Tell us your preferred time and we’ll arrange a tailored night cruise.
